  1. All shoes on are not eligible for refund or exchange for customer reasons (including non-satisfaction, do not like, size issue, change of mind) .

2. When you receive the package and found that the shoes have a quality problem, please contact our customer service within 30 days and provide us the clear photos or videos.We will help you to resolve the problem.

3. Customers must contact us before returning an item. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
